Leveraging comprehensive UX methodologies to satisfy B2B and non-profit client requirements via two distinct brands providing identical solutions. Phase 1 for HCSS platform is now under construction in Framer.

introduction

Hammer Consulting & Support Services provides expert solutions in project management, strategy, and change management. They help clients overcome challenges, improve processes, and achieve lasting results through tailored strategies, research, and training.

CHALLENGE

HCSS needed a new website using 2 different skins (HCSS & ATX Love) to clearly present their services and address the two audiences needs - corporate clients and non-profits. The challenge was to use the same site architecture to effectively serve both groups.

Quickly explored several ideas by creating sketches to visualize how to present service categories, service packages, and individual services.

Utilized a basic prototype for preliminary user testing, deciding on the most suitable approach for our requirements.
